I am a self taught jeweller having learnt as a spontaneous reaction to the burglary of jewellery given to me by my mother. Grafting on my own bought an uninhibited, creative surprise and soothed the loss.
Each piece is individually made in precious metals using traditional technique. Whilst my designs may seem eclectic, the characteristics that connect are individuality, originality, surprise and a sometimes a touch of humour! I am as happy making smooth simple lines as I am complex detailed projects that bring narrative, significance and abstraction together.
My work sells in beautiful galleries across the UK. I exhibit at high-end craft and design events and have a loyal following of returning customers. I am a member of the Society of Botanical Artists and Salt Edge Arts. I live and work in Lewes, East Sussex.
